A single-surface tracker where each idea carries evidence, momentum and an explicit kill criterion.
How it works
Signals are logged against an idea; momentum decays over time so stalled work surfaces itself without a meeting.
Learnings
- Writing the kill criterion first changes which ideas get started.
- Decay is a better prioritisation mechanic than ranking.
Future direction
Public read-only boards so an idea can attract collaborators early.
